Yankees are looking at Bay or Nady from the Pirates.
The yanks are 5 1/2 back in the Wild card. With Matsui out, a move to get some offensive help could get them the wins they need to make the playoffs.
While the name may indicate otherwise, the main purpose of this blog is for discussing the New York Yankees. Be that as it may, we're disappointed in some of the decisions Brian Cashman has made concerning the direction of this team and his philosophy. This pending trade deadline will be telling, as will the coming off season. Fingers are firmly crossed.
